Use of Narrative View

Summary: We have created an Alert via Agent and used the Narrative View to display certain dynamic fields. This alert needs to go to Line Manager , displaying all the subordinate details (as applicable).

Issue is Manager is receiving one mail with all the subordinate details in a table, but the narrative vie is getting repeated i.e. the same Narrative view text is being shown as the same no of time the subordinates are(if for a manager 5 subordinate information are there in the table then the narrative view is also shown 5 time). Any Guidance?
