Contract Notes LOV - Disable

How to disable LOV in Manage Contract Note Types?

Content (required):

We would like to disable some LOV in the Notes tab within a contract.

Tried unchecking the 'Enabled' checkbox and End Date the LOV but no success. The value still displays in the list on the Notes tab. The configuration that I updated is in the screenshot.

Is there a way to disable them?
