Use OCI Base Database as a Target in Data Flow

Summary:

I'm using Oracle Data Integration and creating a simple data flow for converting a JSON file (stored in storage bucket) to a specific DB table. When using the DB connection on Target step in data flow, I select the connection, schema and finally the table. At the time table is selected it gives an error "Authorization failed or requested resource not found". No additional details are displayed so I can't really debug this. I've checked the various steps for setting up the required policies to allow access but unable to figure out the right IAM policy to allow ODI access
