Easy and accurate way to link user to "Use Learning" documentation

Hi All, I need to pass on my Learning Administrator role to other people. As part of handover documentation I would like to be able to link the new learning admin people to the using learning guide (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/r13-update17d/fatul/)  that is for our version (users will not necessarily know what version we are on - unless that is shown somewhere I have not found).

I did go through the "Applications Help" under the Settings and Actions thinking that would be right - but that ends in a bit of a black hole.
