Inconsistencies in Things to Finish and Bell Icon notification.

Summary:

We have received feedback from some of our users regarding inconsistencies between the "Things to Finish" section and the notification bell icon. Specifically, when a notification is clicked on, it is being removed from both the bell icon and the "Assigned To Me" section in the "Things to Finish" area, even if the task has not been completed. We would like to gain a clear understanding of the intended behavior of these two elements.


Content (required): As reported by our users, "When clicking on a notification, it is removed from the "Assigned to Me" despite not being completed. The notification disappears and you have to navigate to the "Worklist" to see the notification. We are also getting reports that the "worklist" button does not consistently appear for everyone."
