Task Manager: submitted tasks are accessible

Hi all

We are using Task Manager with a linked form and once the task is submitted, the users are still able to access that form even though it has not yet been approved.

Can you let me know if this is expected behaviour? I would have thought that it needs to be reviewed and approved before one can access it again.

I cannot find the correct workflow in the docs.
