Can we manually add a value for Carry-Over?
Customer was using front loaded absence plan based UOM is hours, but at start of new year with an incremental plan with UOM is Days.
We can assign the plan as per 1th day of year and run calculate accrual for first month, but there's no Carry-Over. We would like to add a Carry-Over value =balance of previous year after correction in hours / 8 with a rounding.
Standard solution could be Adjustment, but we want the worker to see the Carry-Over value and expiration date.
Is there a way we can establish this?
