Role Provisioning - Custom Criteria

Hello -

 

I have a need to auto provision a role for all managers who have an employee who is grade "X" or above.  Is there a way to auto provision this using SQL predicate similar to dynamically assigning data roles?  This is a shell role - no privileges assigned and is being used to display certain information on a page to only managers who have employees in grade "X" or above.
