WHERE Clause - Set dependencies among EFF

Value Set WHERE Clause error - Bind Variables in Table Validated Data Set

Inside EFF (PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF), we have created an Additional Managers context.

Inside the context we want to create two Context Sensitive Segments:

1-Responsible Position ID

2- Position Title

We want Position Title to be read only and to depend of the Responsible Position ID selected. Once a Responsible position is selected, we want the Title field to be automatically field with the read-only title of the position corresponding to that position ID.  We have added a WHERE Clause, but it is not working, we could use some support.
