Is it possible to keep Contract name in all installed languages the same?

Content (required):

Customer is using MLS NL/EN. Mostly for the login the users will use NL Language. For the integrations to create contracts we use EN Language.

Customer prefers to keep Contract Name in NL and US Language the same. Because the contract name is often used in queries.

Question:

- Is it possible to keep Contract Name in NL and US Language in sync?

- Is there a difference in behavior if the contract is created in NL and the update of the Contract Name is also done in NL versus the contract is created in EN and the update of the Contract Name is done in NL? (Is behavior different is update is done in same language as creation?)
