Can we display absence reasons based on the nationality?

Hi Experts, we have a requirement where the customer wants to hide/display absence reasons based on the employee's nationality.

Content (required):

As there is no link available for the Absence reason and Nationality field or eligibility, we tried giving the Absence validation formula that gives an error when the wrong reason is selected but the customer has rejected this solution.

Is there any workaround for this requirement?
