New BIP Customising Notifications - How to add comments?

Hello,

We have 1 main issue left before the new update goes live, transfer/promotion workflows seem to default to the new BIP notifications and it looks like a potential bug in terms of we cannot seem to revert the notifications back to the classic view (an SR is open).

 

As a workaround, we thought we could edit the templates to include the 'comments' field which is asked as the final question in workflows 'Add Comments and Attachments' - however we cannot find this field to add it - which makes the field rather useless if no approver's can read the justification! Any help greatly appreciated to see where we're going wrong on this to include this comment on the notifications,
