Admin cannot edit time card entry

Summary:

Hello - has anyone else found that admins are unable to see the 'Edit Pencil' icon for time card entries? Managers are able to see this icon.


Admins only seem able to edit time card entries that have been changed, in which case a '...' icon appears which grants access to 'Edit Entry'. Additionally, admins can edit existing time cards by adding a time card of the same date.
