How to schedule an OTBI report using agent if the report has two dates as prompt?

When we schedule this OTBI report with agent, it pulls all data which are not in the range of default values

Content

We have an OTBI report which has "from date" and "thru date" as prompt parameters. The defaults for these prompt values are set by using SQL. These default dates works correctly if we run it manually.

However, the report pulls all data in the system even outside of the default date range when it is scheduled with Agent. 

Can we schedule an OTBI report with parameters by using Agent?
