Fulfillment of requirement in single lot in internal material transfer order (oracle fusion)

Summary:

Client scenario - While fulfilling an order system should not allow order fulfillment of more than lot size. Only multiple of lots must be ordered for items that are required to be fulfilled.

Scenario 1:- Suppose an item has a lot size of 50m so, any odd size like 60,65,70, etc order should not be fulfilled with multiple lots.

We have applied picking rule for the same --- Need a detailed understanding of limitations on setting up the picking rule (We have set up this with picking assignment to an ORG "Enabled - Allow partial picking and Enabled - Enforce single lot).
