Calculate hire date

Calculate the hire date considering rehire within 3 months

Hi All,

We need to calculate the hire date and years of experience in a report based on below below conditions:

1. If the employee is having only one hire record, we need to get the hire date of that record.

2. If the employee is rehired within in 3 months, again we need to use the hire date of the first hire.

3. If the employee is rehired after more than 3 months, we need to use the rehire date.

4. For Global Transfers we need to use the hire date of the first hire (unless a rehire) or rehire date.
