EPBCS Entity HCM Extract has no results

Hi Everyone,

We are implementing the EPBCS Workforce module and are attempting to do the direct connect to Oracle HCM using Data Management.

We followed the instructions, however, an issue we are running into is that the Entity Extract from HCM is not returning any results. It only returns the header row. Some of the other extract work, such as Job, Assignment Data, and Salary Grade, but not Entity.

The challenge this creates is that we are unable to link an employee to its cost center. Within the assignment data file, the organization field looks like a key and has no resemblance to a department or cost center number.
