Action Type Indicator on Global Payroll Interface V2 extract

As part of Global Payroll Interface V2, We have an attribute called action type indicator that will tell us employees, whether hire (H), rehire(R), terminate(T), and other change(O).

We have one requirement - if an employee New Hired and Termination within the same pay period then the action type indicator should be 'T',

but we are getting 'H'. What could be the reason?

kindly let us know the reason? do we have to change logic to populate as 'H'.
