Hi Team,

We have a customer requirement where Absence accruals need to be pro-rated based on the number of days the Loss Of Pay absence type has been taken.

Example - currently monthly accrual is 5 and if the employee goes on 15 days LOP, then only 2.5 days should be accrued.

How can we achieve it.
