Summary: We want to know how to use the new 23B feature 'WRITE OFF ACCRUALS WITH NO RECEIPTS' and how is it different from the previous method of using 'Adjust Receipt Accrual Balances' ? We would want to have the documentation of using this feature from end-to-end.

Does this impact inventory or the subledger and therefore would help in clearing subledger reporting ?
