FCCS: Indirect exchange rates not displayed in form

Hi all

According to this documentation, in order to view and use Indirect Exchange Rate, we can access them via DATA -> Exchange Rate form, but when we access that form, we only see Direct ER:

"To view Indirect Exchange Rates, on the Home page, click Data, and from the Forms list, open the Exchange Rates form."

Can someone let me know if we need to enable any specific settings?
