Moving of report from one Narrative reporting environment to another Narrative reporting environment

Summary:

Currently we have two Narrative Reporting instances, so we would like to move the reports which is present in one narrative reporting instance need to be moved to another narrative reporting instance.

Is there any way to do the same if yes, it would be great if you could share the steps
