How to manage Bank Information on Oracle HCM?

Hi,

We would like to track employees' bank information on Oracle HCM. When we research about it, we found that "Personal Payment Method" page is the most suitable section for this info. In our Business Flow, Bank Information is entered when the employee is hired. So, we need this info region is enabled on the "Hire an Employee" page.

But when we check from HCM Design Studio, we saw that "Personal Payment Method" can not be included on the "Hire an Employee" action page.

How should we proceed according to best-practise of tracking Bank Information?
