Issue with ADP file Integration - Change in hire date

Hi All,


We are using the out of box G1 Oracle ADP integration for our customer. We are having an issue whenever there is a Hire Date/Termination date updates in Oracle the records fail at the ADP side. Did anyone face similar issue? If yes, please provide us with the pointers to resolve the same.
