Is there a way we can mass upload Offerings within Oracle Learning?

Summary:

We lost the access for the Copy button within Offerings. Since we usually do create/ copy a lot offerings frequently, we are trying to see if there is an alternative way to 'copy' offerings.

We are currently on 23A, slated to upgrade to 23B later this month.
