how configured GTIN in oracle fusion

Summary: Our customers use the GTIN for their items not 100% but they start to migrate.

For now, start to implement SCM but need to understand all considerations to implement GTIN if have more information considerations include a guide with best practices.

They have a particular case for a specific product. (meats and fish)

they are using GTIN and control the lot, expiration, and weight under this GTIN every time these values change when buying to supplier and selling to the customer depending on the lot and weight have different GTIN numbers.

How can to achieve this behavior? and yes they use the pack structure too.
