Search in manage work orders by flexfield

Is there anyway to search in the manage work orders screen by work order flexfield?

Content (required):

We have added a work order header flexfield that the customer uses to group work orders. Is there anyway to allow them to search for work orders in the manage work orders screen by that flexfield? They want to be able to search by the flexfield for all work orders in a group and release them all.
