Attachment not coming up after submitting a DOR.

Summary:

We have created a new DOR type and configured it. Added the report path so it could generate the document on the front end. Thing is the after submitting the DOR and it gets approved, the attachment is supposed to be there when viewing that DOR. It is coming up for non Global Transfer Cases and it is not coming up for Global Transfer Cases.

We have created a new DOR type and configured it. Added the report path so it could generate the document on the front end. Thing is the after submitting the DOR and it gets approved, the attachment is supposed to be there when viewing that DOR. It is coming up for non Global Transfer Cases and it is not coming up for Global Transfer Cases. Attaching a document below with screenshots of configured DOR, and 2 test cases - one with global transfer and one without global transfer(regular employee record).
