Blind Recruitment (Anonymized Functionality) Candidate Name Shown when using Print Action in ORC
Summary:
Blind Recruitment (Anonymized Functionality) has been applied to ORC environments as per Doc ID 2734017.1 (Name-Blind Recruitment Implementation Guide).
Current Outcome:
When Hiring Manager uses Print Action on Job application List View(Grid View) the notification is received containing the Job Application Pdfs Zip file. When opening the Zip file, the Naming convention of Job Application pdf file is showing Candidate Name which does not fulfill the Blind recruitment functionality.
Current File Name format: "CandidateName_CandidateNumber"
Expected Outcome:
PDF file name of Job application report received using Print action should not contain Candidate name. Only Candidate Number should be used in Naming Convention.
