Need Details on po_bip_helper.get_text_attachment_data()

Hi,

This function is used in our PO PDF report that gets generated after raising a PO.

We would like to know the details about this function po_bip_helper.get_text_attachment_data() .

As per our understanding it returns the contents in an attachment and displays as text in the PO PDF. But when we update the contents in the attachment, it is not getting reflected. It still shows the old content.

So we would like to know how this function is working?
