Smart View sheet info showing code window before formatted window

When selecting Smart View -> Sheet Info, a window displays showing the unformatted/code info (see screenshot below), requiring clicking OK to advance to formatted window. This does not occur for all users, but no differences in options or setup have been identified. Has anyone else experienced this behavior and found a resolution?
