Line Manager access to personal data in subject area WFM - Person Real Time
Line managers don't have visibility on personal data in report based on WFM - Person real time subject area.
We have a custom line manager role, in which we have included the Workforce Transaction Analysis, Workforce Transaction Analysis Duty and Workforce Confidential Reporting. However, our line managers don't see personal data (e.g. mailing address, home phone, ...) coming out of the reports using WFM - Person Real Time subject area. Work email address, or Work phone they do see.
This setup is working ok in our test environment, the line managers can see personal data in similar reports.
