Change Salary Task - Effective Date only as Current Date or Future Date

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We've a setup on [Individual Compensation] task where we can only select Effective Date/Start Date as of Current Date or future dated. No back dated changes are allowed.

We would like to achieve the same for fx. [Change Salary] task with the requirement where Line Managers can not do any back dated changes whereas HR can perform the same from the back end.

Please advise.
