Is there a way to reopen a finally closed purchase order?

Summary:

A purchase order has been finally closed after the invoice was paid. However, the payment was returned because of an incorrect address and we need to cancel the invoice and reissue the payment. Is it possible to reopen the finally closed PO so the invoice can be cancelled?
