Pick slip report in draft mode

Content (required):

Team we have requirement to run pick wave process in draft mode i.e. the report will show the expected subinventory and qty which will be picked but will not actually release the pick wave. As per client requirement, they want to move the items to a preferred stock area before picking it up for the demand orders.

Any suggestion on this will be helpful.
