Advised scheduling for Learning Processes (23B)
Summary:
What is the advice regarding running scheduled processes for Learning Cloud?
Content (required):
We have encountered some difficulties in maintaining an overview of the running processes for Learning Cloud and have observed that not everything is displayed on e.g. the Browse Page (Learning Cloud RedWood).
Could someone provide us with an overview of the following:
- Which processes should be scheduled?
- The recommended frequency for scheduling these processes.
- The appropriate scheduling timings for these processes.
We found some information already on: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/23b/faiml/process-user-access.html#u30228647 but it remains unclear when and why we need to schedule these processes, and what will solve e.g. the issue for the Browse Page in Redwood.
