Resource cost not appearing in Rollup

We are facing a peculiar problem with one assembly cost rollup.

The resource cost is not showing up in the view rolled-up cost UI. Component costs are appearing fine.

A) Resources (Hourly) are costed and rates are active as of date.

B) Resources are active

C) Item is standard costed.

Cost for same resources are appearing in other assemblies. Anyone faced such issues before? Thank you for help
