Why Standard fonts are not reflecting in the BI Reports?

Summary:

I have used "Times New Roman" font in my RTF Template, but it is not taking that font in BI output report instead of that some other font is present.

This issue goes for all the standard fonts in oracle fusion BI Reports.

Even though it is standard font why we are unable to get the output report?

Is this some kind of bug or any issue with Oracle?
