Job Offer Salary Validation against DFF value entered (Budget salary)

Summary:

Business requirement:

Validation needed to check whether the Offered salary amount (Salary entered while creating a Job Offer), is within a certain limit.

To capture the limit amount we have configured a DFF at Job Requisition level (Names: benchmark salary) for the Job Requisition.

We need to validate the Offered salary comparing with this DFF (benchmark salary) and if the offered salary is more than benchmark salary then a warning message is to be populated on recruiter's screen.

Content (required):

We need to apply a validation and warning message while creating/editing Job offers for (Annual Salary and a DFF 'Approved Benchmark Salary').
