Summary: Auto scale OCI not working


Content (required): i follow steps (https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/ContEng/Tasks/contengusingclusterautoscaler.htm) it deployed but give error ( this one use but it show F0718 12:24:45.903298      1 oci_cloud_provider.go:163] Could not create OCI cloud provider: unable to create compute management client: can not create client, bad configuration: did not find a proper configuration for tenancy   )
