What causes the Absence has 'Awaiting Approval' status but can't be seen in the Transaction Console?
Hello,
The team submitted a 'Mother's Day' absence type which is configured in the workflow as 'Auto Approve' when submitted. But, in the Absence records, the status shows 'Awaiting Approval' and the transaction submitted cannot be seen in the Transaction Console.
May we know what causes this issue?
