Looking for Best Practice when integrating Kronos Dimensions with Oracle HCM

Summary: We currently are utilizing Kronos as our time keeping system and we currently have it integrated with Oracle. We are moving the Dimensions and are looking to understand the best practice when configuring the two systems to work together. Are pay configurations the way to go? Should we implement work rules? Pay rules?

We currently have all of those items in place today with Kronos and Oracle, but want to ensure we aren't missing anything with this new implementation. We want to enhance the way we are utilizing the systems.
