3 Data Management/Data Exchange questions regarding data export to file

Summary:

We have a requirement to produce an external file from EPBCS (BSO) cube, and it must be in a specific format, ie column layout, fill a column with a variable.

1) How can i use the #SQL to exclude records based on 2 field names using a compound "OR"/ "AND" condition. for example: if account starts with 59 or 58 and product member = 0000.

can I do this with a SQL statement using "IGNORE" , VALID_FLAG="I"

2) I need to create a column, which I have done in the Import Format, but I need to fill it with a variable, the entire column needs to have the same time/date stamp for every record.
