Are return sales orders (RMAs) excluded from seeded collections?

Summary:

We are testing the use of seeded collections from OM instead of our current process that uses FBDI upload. In our initial testing, we are seeing that both unreferenced and referenced RMAs are not coming into Planning via collections. It is best for us that they are excluded so I'm just hoping to confirm this is expected behavior.
