Hello All,

When we add a contingent worker, can we define the contract period of the employee. Currently we can not see such option so we are created an flexfield which captures the start and end date. My question is if Start and End date is captured in Flexfield and if there is no notification for this and HR team forgets to terminate the employee then he will still be active in system. Also, if there is an contract extension it will not go for any approval which again can be an issue. Can someone suggest how did they handle this.
