How to enable cost center details in employment info

Hi Team,

The requirement is to display cost center details within the employment info for all employees in the organization. 

Currently, this information is accessible only to HR and managers through the "Additional Content" tab. Attempts have. 

been made to enable access for employees by utilizing sandboxes and adding the 'Promote Worker' role. However, these efforts have been unsuccessful,

 as the 'Promote Worker' role also provides access to the promote option, allowing employees to promote themselves, which is not the intended functionality.

The organization seeks to find an alternative solution that allows employees, in their role only, to view the cost center details without having.
