Learner accessing a content in redwood gives Learning Access Denied > You don't have access

in Learning 26 comments

Summary:

Hi,

We are enabling redwood pages in TEST and observing an issue.

With redwood UI, when a learner accesses a course (with no access restriction) and clicks the content (launch) and error message is displayed. (Learning Access Denied > You don't have access to this learning item)

In classic UI, when learner access the same course and clicks the content (Launch), the pdf or scrom file shows up properly.

I have attached screen shots for reference.

Please suggest how to resolve this.

The following were tried out and none of them is working.
