Employee is unable to connect LinkedIn

Summary: Here the issue is that when employee goes to Me > Personal Brand > Preferences > Click on "Connect" to open LinkedIn, error is showing. This error is also coming in volunteering. When employee goes to Me > Volunteering > Social Media Preferences > Click on "Connect" to open LinkedIn, same error is showing. I have attached a document with screenshots. Kindly provide a solution of it as I need to show to customer in UAT which is on 26 July 2023.
