Dual Unit of Measure Problem in Receving

Customer requests to enter two types of unit measures (kilogram and bale) while goods receiving.

The problem here is that the customer enters one unit measure as a kilogram in creating the purchase order step. There is no measure conversion between kilogram and bale in creating the purchase order step. After a certain period, the bale quantity is clear and they request to enter bale and kilogram quantities on goods receiving part. Kilogram information is obtained automatically from the purchase order, however, bale quantities have to be entered manually. There is no standard measure conversion between kilogram and bale.
