PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_NOW_FUTURE_UE fetching previous day changed employee in next day run

Summary:

We have created a changes only extract where we used PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_NOW_FUTURE_UE as root UE along with multiple child UE. Requirement is to send data when changes occurs in system (past/present/future) for that employee with only those columns which has changed along with few fixed always display fields like (person name/effective start date of assignment (in case assignment is changed)/effective start date of salary(incase salary is changed)/additional identifier number/ legal employer.

Problem:

The day when the change is happening the extract is fetching the data correctly but on the next day run the employee is again getting fetched in the file with blank row.
